Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from Asunción, Paraguay. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Custom or made-to-order rugs may require additional preparation time (usually 7–10 business days).

Shipping Options

• Domestic (Paraguay): Free standard shipping for orders over USD 500.

• South America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and neighboring countries):

  • Standard Shipping: Approx. USD 35 — delivery in 7–14 business days.

  • Express Shipping: USD 60 — delivery in 3–7 business days.

Customs and Import Taxes

• Orders shipped outside Paraguay may be subject to customs duties or import taxes in the destination country.

• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.
